Meet the Team: Alysha Bartlett, Sales & Training Director
From event planner to team leader, Alysha’s journey is a story of growth, resilience, and heart.
A Natural Fit From the Start
When Alysha Bartlett joined Christie’s Photographic Solutions in 2019, she brought with her years of firsthand experience from the event planning world. Like many in hospitality, she had experienced the burnout that comes with endless travel and unpredictable hours. But she wasn’t ready to walk away from the industry she loved.
Fortunately, she didn’t have to.
Christie’s Photographic Solutions offered the perfect balance. A Monday through Friday schedule grounded in operational stability with meaningful client relationships and event-based work that mirrored her previous passion. It was a role that let her stay connected to the world of events, while also staying close to home in Orlando.
Finding Home—Personally and Professionally
As Alysha was settling into her role at Christie’s Photographic , life outside of work was shifting too. Her sister was newly engaged and expecting a baby, and Alysha herself had just started a relationship.
She hit the ground running supporting clients, building event proposals, and crafting contracts that transformed event visions into lasting memories. Her passion and skill were quickly noticed, and her responsibilities began to grow. Then 2020 hit.
From Furlough to Family Bonding
Like many during the COVID-19 pandemic, Alysha found herself furloughed and facing uncertainty. But in the midst of disruption, she leaned into family. Alysha stepped in as nanny for her infant niece who continues to call Alysha “LaLa” from her infant days.
“I called it our ‘Adventures in Nannying,’” she says. “We had a photo album and everything.”
Still, when Christie’s Photographic Solutions called her back, she was eager to return and ready to take on more than before.
A New Chapter at Christie’s
Upon returning to the corporate office, Alysha quickly stepped into a larger role. The pandemic had reshaped the team and streamlined operations, but Christie’s Photographic was on the rebound. She embraced the challenge, taking on not just client services but training, operations, and eventually SOP development for the growing team.
Her contributions helped reimagine the company’s internal processes post-pandemic setting the team up for our most efficient seasons yet.
And as the company grew, so did Alysha’s career. She was recently promoted to Sales and Training Director, a role that allows her to continue supporting the team while guiding new hires and ensuring consistent client care.
Love, Milestones, and “Yes!”
While Christie’s Photographic Solutions was flourishing, so was Alysha’s personal life. After weathering the highs and lows of the pandemic together, the Navy Veteran she started dating at the beginning of this journey was about to become her husband.
One quiet Sunday, he asked her to trust him with an uncharacteristic trip to a pool hall. The very pool hall where they first met. He got down on one knee and proposed. The entire moment was captured and shared with the couple and has become a digital keepsake of their real-life love story.
The team at Christie’s Photographic Solutions celebrated right alongside her, and even offered photographer and videographer services for her wedding. “It meant the world to me,” she says. “That’s not something every company would do. I felt seen and valued.”
A Grateful Leader
Today, Alysha is thriving personally and professionally. Her role as Sales and Training Director continues to evolve, but her enthusiasm for the work remains constant.
“The leadership, the friendships, the learning—I’m just so grateful,” she shares. “Being part of this team has truly been one of the best chapters of my career.”
